Molly Franzonello, MHA, RN, MS-N

Molly Franzonello is a seasoned health professional with a robust clinical care management, program design, and health policy background.

Holding a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration, she is currently advancing her expertise as a Doctoral Candidate at Columbia University’s School of Nursing, specializing in Midwifery.

Her career is distinguished by roles such as Health Equity Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she spearheaded an initiative to mitigate maternal mortality and improve health equity.

Alongside the initiative and becoming a mother herself, Molly has developed a passionate interest in holistic women’s health care.

She is an advocate for the restorative reproductive health approach, which emphasizes natural, cooperative methods to understand a woman’s reproductive health.
